The Role:
Reporting to the National Manager the Branch Manager in Auckland, is responsible for the growth and success of the business in the Auckland region. This includes jobs estimation, customer satisfaction and the day to day running of the Auckland teams.
The emphasis will be on growth, operational excellence and building a high performing culture to ensure business success. The company culture is can-do and has a streamlined and agile way of doing business. 

Background and Experience:
- You’ll have a track record for driving business unit success in a changing environment through creating high performing teams
- You will have the ability to bring out the best in your direct reports and teams through mentoring, development and values-based leadership
-A commercial understanding is required and preferably knowledge of the Auckland market
- Experience with trencher will be an advantage
